  • Do you offer delivery? How much does it cost?
    Yes, we offer delivery to selected areas. For a full list of postcodes we deliver to, please refer to the section below. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

 

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 72 hours from the order being placed. Delivery times vary based on location and product availability. Standard delivery typically takes between 3–10 business days, while more regional locations may take longer.

    Please note that we may expect delays during peak periods such as Public Holidays, EOFY, Black Friday & Boxing Day. 

 

  • Am I able to pick up my order in person?
    Yes, you can choose to pick up you order in person from our warehouse in Crestmead Queensland. Please select the pickup option during checkout and we will let you know when your order is available for collection. 

 

  • Can I track my delivery?
    Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

 

  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
    If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

📦 Returns & Refunds:

 

  • Are sale items eligible for return?
    Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

 

  •  What happens if I change my mind?

    If you change your mind, you may return the product within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that the refund will be minus any shipping costs or fees incurred by Big Lot Pty Ltd.

    To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

    o    It is in its original unassembled condition.

    o    The original packaging is intact.

    o    The product has not been used or damaged in any way.

    Important to note:

    o    The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any additional fees related to returning the product to the Big Lot warehouse.

    o    The original shipping cost is non-refundable.


  • Can I exchange my purchase?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it in accordance with our Change of Mind policy and place a new order for the desired item.

 

  • What if my product is damaged in transit?

          While we strive to ensure safe delivery, occasionally items may be damaged during transit. If your product arrives with visible and significant damage to the packaging or the product itself, please:

    1.      Take clear photos or a video showing the damage.

    2.      Refuse to accept the delivery.

    3.      Contact us immediately with the relevant details.

    We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible

 

  • What if there is a fault with my product?
    In the rare event that a manufacturing fault occurs, we will gladly process a full refund for the item, including the original postage charges. To initiate the return process, please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. 

          Kindly provide the following information:

    1.      Your order number.

    2.      The name of the faulty product

    3.      A description of the fault (including images, if possible)

    We will work quickly to resolve the issue once we receive the required details.
